Welcome to our Website. We are a rapidly developing primary school  focussed on the development of the whole child. At Oldfleet we believe that all children should have the right to a range of opportunities that promote self development and independence. All we ask is that parents and carers ensure that their children attend school regularly, are punctual, behave to the best of their ability and support the learning opportunities that we initiate.

Oldfleet Primary School is a member of the Education Learning Co operative Trust (ELeCT), formally known as the East Hull Co operative Learning Trust (EHCLT). The trust comprises one primary school, but we are working alongside a number of partner primary and secondary schools.

The current partners in our trust are – Hull KR Educational Charitable Trust, Primary Technologies, and Direct Training.

Quotes from our Stakeholders

"Hull and East Yorkshire Children's University has been working with Oldfleet Primary School for 5 years. As one of our most proactive schools, they take every opportunity we offer them to expand their students horizon so they can experience the world beyond the estate and the opportunities it offers. The staff at the school are wonderful, professional and passionate about the children, families and the community around the school."

Natasha Barley, Director, Hull & East Yorkshire Children's University

The behaviour of the pupils and the engagement of the staff have been exceptional. It has been obvious from the outset that the teachers know and understand every child as individuals, and have developed very successful methods for supporting and guiding each one. The experiences are positive, successful and very enjoyable as a result.

A group of children from Oldfleet recently visited the BBC in Hull as a learning experience organised through HEYCU. The preparation of the class teacher was outstanding, and the day itself was extraordinary. The BBC team were extremely impressed by the attitude and controlled enthusiasm of every child involved and we were of the opinion that this school has been the best behaved and most engaged of any that we have worked with."
